How can I return an item to Bigretail?

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice*.

Returning items to Hunkemöller is subject to a few conditions:
1. The items must be returned within 14 days. This period starts on the day you receive the order.
2. The items must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels and hang tags still attached.
If an item is used or damaged, a depreciation may be charged. This can amount to 100%.
3. Bigretail reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items are not returned in their original condition.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have received your package, you will receive a confirmation email. This can take up to 14 business days. Once you have received this email, the return amount will be refunded within 5 business days. We do this via the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

If you return the entire order, you will receive the entire purchase amount plus shipping costs back (minus the return costs of €2.95). If you return part of the order, you will only receive that part of the purchase amount back (minus the return costs).
